Elizabeth
Elizabeth's ability to empathise with her clients and create a safe space for open communication enables her to facilitate successful outcomes in mediation.
Elizabeth Rosa is the Principal of Resolve at Work.
With more than 10 years' experience as a Nationally Accredited Mediator, she has conducted numerous mediations and facilitations for a variety of organisations - major Australian corporates, hospitals, educational organisations, government departments and councils.

In 2018, Elizabeth also started teaching workplace mediation skills through hands-on workshops.
She is noted for her calm disposition. Her ability to quickly build strong rapport with clients creates an environment in which all parties feel safe to contribute to the resolution process.
This enables the problems and conflict in the workplace to be resolved and staff members to feel comfortable to return to work again.

Elizabeth prepares her clients well for mediation with pre-mediation sessions. She uses her understanding of staff members’ concerns and her experience as a lawyer to ensure that all participants are best placed to engage in the process.
​
The breadth of her experience as a mediator has led Elizabeth to become an excellent teacher. Through her workshops she teaches the specific skills and the processes mediators need to run a successful workplace mediation.

Elizabeth has a background as a lawyer, practicing in insurance litigation. She has also practiced in the area of workers’ compensation and employment law and understands the background of legal issues in the workplace.
​
Elizabeth is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and is registered with the Mediator Standards Board, and she is a member of the Resolution Institute.
