In this workshop, Elizabeth Rosa, Workplace Mediator and Trainer will be joined by Business Coach, Clare Harris, to look at:

Understand your UVP - Unique Value Proposition. What is your point of difference?

How to write a Business Plan that includes understanding the market and SWOT analysis, branding and your marketing strategy

Foundational marketing techniques, such as cold calling, networking, content marketing and how to establish your sales funnel

Understanding the entrepreneurial journey and how to manage your time and your mindset.
Clare will provide information on the practicalities of setting up a business as well as offering tools and tips to manage your actions in the process of growing your business.
Elizabeth will talk about her first hand experience of starting her business as a mediator and how she has developed her practice, whilst also working as an educator in the legal and mediation fields.

We will also look at what employed positions there are for mediators.
The workshop will also address practice considerations, such as:

Compliance - what documents and protocols you need to comply with AMDRAS standards for Mediators and CPD

This workshop costs $800 AUD + GST with an Early Bird rate of $750 AUD + GST.
